Striving to understand the meaning of His work here on earth refocuses our attention on the mission of the Church and our individual responsibilities to follow in His footsteps. Also known as Ordinary Times, the season is symbolized by the color green, reflecting the growth in faith that happens during this time of focus on fellowship and ministry.
