Our workmanship and materials are guaranteed. What does that mean? We will repair or replace any item which, under normal use and proper care, proves to be defective.
Interim Approvals
In the case of special fabric cuts and made-to-order garments, our designers will ask for your authorization at several stages. Your sign-off gives our designers permission to proceed as indicated. This merchandise cannot be canceled or returned for credit. Your customer service representative will let you know if your order cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Authorization
If you need to return something, please contact our Customer Service Department within three business days from the day you received your merchandise. We will tell you how to properly package your items, and we’ll give shipping information as well as updates on your account.
