Returns & Replacements

If a return is necessary, we apologize for your inconvenience. Please contact our Customer Service Department via email: Customer Service or by phone: 800-784-6868 within 30 days of the invoice date for return authorization and instructions. This will allow us to quickly respond with any necessary adjustment or exchange. NO RETURN WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. We will correct any errors on our part at no charge. The customer will be financially responsible for any error due to improperly supplied measurements or incorrect ordering information. Under these circumstances, the customer is also responsible for outgoing and return shipping charges on goods returned or exchanged. Custom-made items including paraments and banners, altered garments, those garments with certain added options, cut fabrics and trims may not be canceled, exchanged or returned for credit. All returned metalware items will be credited less a 25% restocking fee and shipping. Items purchased as clearance may be returned and exchanged for something of equal or greater value only - no refund. 

Shipping & Delivery

Items will be shipped as quickly as possible. Please be aware we make most items at the time the order is placed. Non-standard (altered) items require extra time. We realize that church committees often wish to review fabric samples before making a decision. If any item is needed for a special occasion, we will make every effort to meet a specified date, however, a rush charge may apply. Orders will ship ground delivery unless otherwise specified – depending on location, delivery within the United States can take up to five business days. International may take longer. If expedited delivery is requested please make a note in the comment area at the time of checkout. A Gaspard Customer Service Specialist will contact you regarding additional charges for expedited shipping. Taking seasonal demands into consideration, typical shipping dates are:

Upon completing your order on you will received a general order confirmation outlining everything you have ordered. Within 24 business hours you will receive a Production Order Acknowledgement email with your estimated ship date.
