Meet the Makers:Ashley Rupple

At Gaspard, family and tradition are woven into every stitch—and no one embodies that more than Ashley Rupple, our dedicated Production Manager and Jason Gaspard’s daughter. With 15 years at Gaspard, Ashley is a true cornerstone of our team, blending a deep sense of legacy with hands-on leadership and genuine passion for the business.

For Ashley, joining Gaspard was about more than just carrying on a family legacy—it simply felt natural. Growing up around the business, she learned the ins and outs from an early age. Now, her days are as dynamic as the company itself. “No two days are ever the same,” Ashley says, and that’s exactly how she likes it.

Ashley is deeply involved in every part of Gaspard’s operations. Whether she’s helping production teams troubleshoot, lending a hand with cutting and embroidery, working directly with customers on custom projects, or jumping in to assist with marketing and photography, Ashley is always ready to pitch in wherever she’s needed. Her sister Madison affectionately calls her the “walking encyclopedia of Gaspard”—and for good reason!

One of Ashley’s greatest strengths is her ability to seamlessly move between departments, ensuring everything runs smoothly. She’s known for her meticulous attention to detail, always double-checking work before it goes out the door to make sure each piece is flawless and crafted to perfection.

Ashley loves sharing the story of Gaspard with others. “Whenever I tell people what I do for a living, they’re always shocked—and their reaction is so rewarding. It’s not just a job, it’s our family business, and I always encourage people to come see our production in action,” she shares.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her three beloved cats. Whether she’s at Gaspard or at home, her warmth and dedication shine through in everything she does.
