Meet the Makers:Isaiah

At Gaspard Inc., we believe that genuine connection is at the heart of great service. That’s why we’re excited to introduce you to Isaiah, one of our dedicated customer service representatives. Even though he’s only been with us for six months, Isaiah has already left a lasting impression on customers and coworkers alike.

For Isaiah, the best part of his job is meeting people from all walks of life—sometimes from across the country, and occasionally, from around the world. “Every day is different,” he says. “I love hearing people’s stories and learning about their unique needs. It’s amazing how many backgrounds and experiences come together through our work.”

One of Isaiah’s favorite stories happened recently during a long phone call with a customer. “We were chatting for over half an hour before we both realized we actually knew each other! It was so funny once it clicked—we both just started laughing. It’s those little moments that make this job so special.”

Isaiah wants people to know that Gaspard isn’t a big, faceless corporation. “We’re a family-owned business, and we genuinely want to help you. Sure, there are times when business is business, but you’d be surprised how often we’re willing to go above and beyond to help our customers. We care about every single person who calls or emails us.”

During the busiest times, Isaiah stays positive by focusing on his faith. “Remembering all that God has already done for me to secure my salvation makes even the busiest days seem small by comparison,” he shares.

When it comes to Gaspard’s products, Isaiah is a big fan of the stoles. “I love how customizable they are! Each one can be tailored to fit the unique needs and style of the wearer, which makes them really special.”

And here’s a fun fact: Isaiah can read Biblical Greek and Hebrew—a skill that definitely comes in handy in his line of work!
