At Gaspard, every team member brings something unique to the table—and Madison is no exception. As both our cutter and shipper, Madison has spent the last five years making sure that every piece of fabric and every order is handled with care, precision, and a touch of personality.

Madison’s connection to Gaspard runs deep—she’s Jason Gaspard’s stepdaughter, and she chose to join the team because it gave her the chance to work with family. “It just felt right,” she says. “There’s something special about being part of a family business and seeing how much heart goes into every order.”

A typical day for Madison starts with making sure she’s on top of all her due dates. From there, she dives into fabric counts, orders materials as needed, and gets shipments ready to go out the door. Her role is essential to keeping the production floor running smoothly—almost everything she touches ends up being produced and shipped to customers. “No day is ever the same,” Madison says, “and that’s what keeps it interesting.”

One of Madison’s favorite projects has been working on Gaspard’s new Radiance Collection. She loves the custom appeal and the vibrant pops of color that set it apart. “It’s exciting to see something new come together, especially when it’s so bold and creative,” she shares.

Madison has a knack for fabrics—she’s proud of her ability to look at a material and instantly know its name. To make sure her work is always top quality, she double-checks everything and isn’t afraid to ask questions if she’s ever unsure. That attention to detail ensures that every order meets Gaspard’s high standards.

Outside of work, Madison is an adventurer at heart. She loves trying new foods and spending time with friends and family. And here’s a fun fact: her dog, Cholula, is not only her best friend but also Gaspard’s unofficial mascot! If you’ve ever visited, you might have caught Cholula making the rounds and spreading joy.
