Mary K’s favorite part of her job is helping customers customize their pieces. Whether it’s choosing the perfect fabric or selecting just the right thread color, she loves guiding customers through the process of creating something truly unique. “It’s so rewarding to help someone bring their vision to life and see how excited they are when the finished product arrives,” Mary K shares.

One thing most people don’t realize about the customer service role at Gaspard is just how hands-on the team is with customization. From fabric color to thread details, the customer service team assists with every step, ensuring each piece is as beautiful and one-of-a-kind as the person ordering it. Mary K especially loves when customers comment on the quality of their finished piece—those compliments make her day.

When it comes to favorites, Mary K is drawn to the banners and vestments Gaspard creates. She appreciates the artistry and meaning behind each one, knowing they’ll be cherished in worship spaces for years to come.

Outside of work, Mary K is happiest spending time at home with her family and pets. Whether it’s a cozy evening in or a weekend of relaxation, that time helps her recharge and bring her best to the Gaspard team.
