At Gaspard, every great garment starts with a great team—and Raechel is one of those behind-the-scenes stars who helps make it all happen. For the past 11 years, Raechel has been our Senior Accountant and Human Resources guru, juggling numbers, people, and processes with a smile.

You might not always see Raechel front and center, but her impact is everywhere. She loves that her role lets her support both employees and customers, even if most of her work is on the financial side. Over the years, Raechel has gone above and beyond her job description—learning the ropes in production, lending a hand in customer service, and even working directly with customers to make sure their experience is top-notch.

Raechel’s dedication doesn’t stop at the office door. She’s represented Gaspard at trade shows, proudly serving as a face of the company and connecting with new and longtime customers alike. Her favorite product? The parament. Raechel finds it fascinating to watch these beautiful pieces come together—seeing a simple idea evolve into something meaningful and exquisite.

One thing Raechel wishes more people knew about Gaspard is just how much training happens behind the scenes. From customer service to production, it takes a lot of dedication and expertise to bring each garment to life and ensure every customer feels valued.

Outside of work, Raechel’s world is just as full. As the wife of Jason Gaspard and a proud mom of two, she has deep roots in both the company and the Gaspard family. Her daughter Madison even works alongside her at Gaspard! When she’s not at the office, you’ll find Raechel spending time with her son and three dogs (including one special-needs pup who holds a special place in her heart).

Raechel’s story is a testament to the dedication, heart, and teamwork that make Gaspard unique. Whether she’s balancing the books, helping a coworker, or making a customer’s day, Raechel brings passion and care to everything she does.
